NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS POLICY

All sales at TGSTA are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Why We Have This Policy Our products are carefully quality-checked before dispatch. As a streetwear & activewear brand, many items are limited-run or print-on-demand, making returns operationally unfeasible.
Exceptions (At Our Sole Discretion)
- Items received damaged or defective due to our error
- Wrong item shipped
In these cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@tgsta.store with your order number and photo evidence. We will assess and resolve at our discretion (replacement or store credit — no cash refunds).
Printful / Print-on-Demand Items These are produced to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
