At TGSTA, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We ship all domestic orders via trusted local couriers. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban): 2–3 business days
- Remote areas: May take longer
International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Printful Orders
Some items in our store are print-on-demand and fulfilled by Printful. These items are shipped separately and may arrive in a different package. Estimated production time is 2–7 business days before shipping.
